On a nice evening, under the darkened sky, why not enjoy dinner on the poolside deck, where waterfalls flowing down onto the pool are lit up, as are the tropical tree leaves under the cliffs. Also, while watching the Southern Cross, please don't forget to make time to have dinner as well.
