The Paradis d'Ouvea’s restaurant presents proud creations based on the French cuisine of owner/chef, Andre Pachon of the famous restaurant "Pachon" in Daikanyama in Tokyo. Pachon’s cuisine takes full advantage of the fresh lobsters and coconut crabs unique to Ouvea, as well as tuna and the abundance of succulently fresh produce caught locally from the surrounding ocean. Of course, the Paradis d'Ouvea offers superb tender beef and venison as part of its huge range of dining for the complete experience. At breakfast, tropical fruits are piled high on the restaurant’s central tables; please enjoy as much fruit as you want.
